  • Genetic Carrier Screening & Testing. (we work with Natera, Cooper Genomics, SEMA4 & Invitae to name a few of the national genetic carrier screening companies)

  • Hysterosalpingogram (HSGs).

  • Intrauterine Inseminations (IUI) which is also known as artificial insemination

  • Ovulation Induction (OI)

  • In vitro Fertilization (IVF)

  • Preimplantation Genetic Testing (PGS/PGD/PGT) including testing for Family Balancing

  • Semen Analysis

  • Sperm Freezing including for patients planning vasectomy and for cancer patients

  • Surgeries (hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, myomectomy, tubal cannulations); Dr. Duke does not currently perform tubal ligation reversal surgery
